Terms and regulations for use of services provided by Koreadepart Inc. at 「Koreadepart.com」 are established as follows.
Article 1 (Definitions and basic terminology)
Definitions of basic terms in the present agreement are established as below, respectively:
1.[Company] – Koreadepart Inc., company which provides online commercial services and maintenance of www.koreadepart.com web site;
2.[koreadepart.com] – internet web site operated by [Company] , through which the company conducts all online commercial services and promote company business, also used as a system to present product list and range of services, including information of the provided products and services.
3.[User] - a person accessing [koreadepart.com] and using its services as a member or non-member.
4.[Service] - a service or a range of services provided to [User] of [koreadepart.com] by [Company] , that is based on present agreement, and which could be edited, added or deleted at [Company]’s sole discretion with or without a notification.
5.[Member] – is a [User] registered at [koreadepart.com] and obtained a membership acquiring the qualification of using [Service] (regardless of on-pay/non-pay role) after accepting present agreement.
6.[ID] - a designation which identifies a [User] with authority to use this service as a member.
7.[Password] – a special code input along with ID by [User] to certify the authority of using this service as a member.
Article 2 (Scope and Alteration of Regulations)
2.[Company] reserves a right to amend regulations, add or remove articles from the presented agreement. All the Alterations to this agreement will have a priority among the unrevised editions of the agreement.
3.[Company] can alter these regulations at its sole discretion with or without a notification. At the same time all alterations will take effect only after [User] will be notified through email or any other way.
4.In case of [User] gets any disadvantages or losses occurred after a notification about the alterations in the regulations, [Company] will not be responsible for those outcomes.
Article 3 (Position and Limitation of User)

User of [koreadepart.com] should follow regulations of the present agreement and unacceptable behavior is restricted by following limitations:
Be false, inaccurate or misleading.
Be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items.
Infringe or misappropriates any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; [Company] may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing privacy, publicity, export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising).
Be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing, or advocating, promoting or providing assistance involving violence, significant risk of death or injury, or other unlawful activities.
Display material containing pornographic material of any kind.
Access illegally or without authorization any computers, servers, accounts or networks of [koreadepart.com] or any [koreadepart.com] merchant, or attempt to "hack" into [koreadepart.com] security systems, having [koreadepart.com] host or distribute any Internet viruses, other harmful code, pinging, flooding, mail bombing, or denial-of-service attacks or disrupting others of effectively using the [koreadepart.com] solution.
Involve the transmission of any unsolicited commercial or bulk email (known as "spamming") and [User] shall not use his/her account as a reference in any activities related to so-called pyramid or ponzi schemes.
Be harmful or potentially harmful to the [koreadepart.com] solution's server structure as determined in [Company]'s sole discretion, including without limitation overloading the [koreadepart.com] solution's server technical infrastructure.
Involve subleasing [User]’s account or offering "free space" on or other access to [User]’s account to third parties;
Create liability for [Company] and its subcontractors or expose them to undue risk or otherwise engage in activities that [Company], in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to [Company]'s affiliates, operations, reputation, or goodwill.
Post or disclose any personally identifying information or private information about children or any third parties without their consent or the parent's consent, in a case for minor.
Post or display of any materials that exploits or otherwise exploits children under age of 18 years.
Post any content that advocates, promotes, or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or activities that leads to cruelty towards animal or in providing instruction/information or assistance in carrying out such violence.
Conduct activities such as gambling, sweepstakes, raffles and lotteries.
Pirated computer programs.
Pornography or illicitly pornographic products.
Computer software viruses or software designed to create a virus.
Any goods which are (or Instructions on how to make) harmful, dangerous or illegal.
[User] agrees that [User] will not (and will not allow any third party to) participate in any of the following actions such as reverse engineering, reverse compiling or otherwise deriving the underlying source code or structure or sequence of any [koreadepart.com] solution or technology; individual passwording of Merchant sites; deleting or altering author attributes or copyright notices (unless expressly permitted in writing by the author or owner), and/or fail to obtain all required permissions when using the [koreadepart.com] solution to receive, upload, display, distribute, or execute programs or perform other works protected by intellectual-property laws, including copyright and patent laws.
Article 4 (Terms of service of [koreadepart.com])
Registration at our website is FREE, you can become a member of KOREADEPART without any admission fee or membership charges. Everyone can use services of KOREADEPART, whether it is a member or not.

How to cancel membership:
First, you need to log in to cancel your membership. Then, move to "My Account” page. Then, you can proceed to cancellation. Once you cancel your ID, all the membership services of KOREADEPART will not be available.

②VIP members: Customers who buy our goods more than USD 350 a month
③Wholesale members: Customers who buy our goods more than USD 1000 a month

Only members can use Wish List service:
If you add some products to Wish List, they will not be disappeared when you log out our web site or even turn off the computer. But what you add to Shopping Cart will be disappeared once you log out the site.

VIP members are KOREADEPART members who make purchases of our products for more than $350 USD per a month. Once you become a VIP member, you can buy products at our web site with VIP prices (Special discount applied), and a VIP status will be kept during a month. We usually upgrade our members to VIPs during the period from 1st to 3rd of every following month. But, if a VIP member does not maintain purchasing for over USD 350 a month, the VIP status will be changed to a general member again.
Purchases’ amounts paid by points are not included in $350 USD to become a VIP member. (But, payments for buying points are included).
Qualification for maintaining VIP membership: Purchase for more than $350 USD every month
Update day: 1st ~ 3rd of every following month

②.If you make purchases for more than $1000 USD per month with your general ID, your ID will be automatically upgraded to a wholesale member in 30 days after you register.
B.Maintaining your membership: the amount of your last month’s order should be over $1000.
a.If you don’t meet this requirement, your ID will be automatically changed to a general member.
b.In case that you already paid the wholesale membership fee and then losing your qualification, you should pay $200 again to rejoin the wholesale membership.
C.Caution for Wholesale Members
a.Although you already have a general user ID, you should create a new ID for wholesale membership.
b.Wholesale members are unable to get purchasing points.
c.Wholesale members are unable to buy products by points that you earned from your general ID.
d.Wholesale members are excluded from all events, such as coupon and time discount events.

4.Buying – Online Ordering
Find a desired product by categories or by search engine at our website.
Click on the name or on the image of the product, and add it to the shopping cart (Click [Add to Cart] button).
If you want to buy more than one product, click [Continue shopping] button or close the pop-up window that comes out every time you add something to your Cart.
Check your product list you are willing to purchase in the [Shopping Cart], and click [Order] button if you are ready to place an order.
2nd Step of placing an order will be [Find you Shipping cost], on the page you have to choose a shipping method you want your order to be delivered: EMS or Registered Airmail (RAM).
The price list of shipping service will be shown to you after you will choose a shipping method and destination country. Referring to this price list you can choose which offered pre-paid amount would be most likely applied to your order

3rd Step is [Shipping Info], where you enter the address to where you want your order to be delivered (Destination info). If a customer and a recipient of the order are different, enter the shipping information of destination address. In other case simply check [Same as the orderer's information] field and the system will fill in the destination info automatically by copying your membership info. Double-check the shipping info and click [Next];
[Payment] is the 4th step, where you are suggested to choose a payment method for overall cost:
a. Direct Credit Card: For those who do NOT HAVE a PAYPAL ACCOUNT
b. PayPal Transfer: For those who HAVE a PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Click [Payment] button, which will redirect you to PayPal integrated system. Choose [Don’t have a PayPal account?] option if you want to pay directly with your Credit Card; Choose [Pay with my PayPal account] option to make a PayPal transfer payment.
After order is complete, order confirmation alert will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

①EDIT order information (address, shipping method, other requests): UNPAID orders ONLY:
To edit or make any changes to a placed order, a customer needs to contuc our Customer Service center via Q&A page or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
NOTE: editing of a placed order is possible for unpaid orders only. Right after order cost is paid and confirmed it is impossible to make any changes to the order, only cancellation is possible.
②CANCEL order: For PayPal Transfer payment method (Before shipping)
Make a new order sheet and let us know that you want to cancel the previous order through MY Q&A. If you already paid for the order, you can be refunded immediately.
* Ordered but not paid order sheets are automatically discarded after 20 days, so you don’t need to contact us to cancel it separately.
③CANCEL order: For Credit card payment method (Before shipping)
Please let us know that you want to cancel the order and get refunded through MY Q&A.
If you paid via credit card, the transaction can be cancelled immediately. However, period for refund may differ depending on the credit card company.
Many credit card companies have their terms that they have the right to take few weeks to credit your account with the refunded amount.
Even if your credit card company already charged to you, you don't have to worry about the refund. Your credit card company deducts it from next card billing amount. (Or if you have an online account for that credit card, you might see the refunded amount already but it may be still being processed.)
* Caution: You have to pay the balance caused by exchange rate fluctuation if you cancel the payment one day after it.
We consider any changes of your order after shipping as exchange and return requests. Shipping cost for return can be added, so please note this in advance.

When a customer makes a purchase from us he/she becomes an importer, and the importer is responsible for importing of the parcel into his/her country borders.

1.What are the POINTS?
1 point=1 dollar.
A Member-customer can pay an order cost by the Points, which he/she accumulated during shopping history. Every KOREADEPART member awarded by a certain amount of points after the actions listed below:
For purchases a customer maid (a certain amount of points assign to each our product)
For each review a customer leaves at our website regarding our products gets 1 point.
A customer gets 0.06 points every time when he/she log in our web site
For registration at our website a member gets points
Please check your points at [My account] page.
A Member-customer can use Points to provide ONLY full payment for an order cost. NO partial payments made by points are allowed.
※ Only if accumulated amount of points is higher than an order cost amount it would be possible to provide the payment with points. In only at this condition a fill-in-box will appear to proceed with [by points] payment (amount of Points > Oder cost).
Points valid for period of one year since the last order date. (It is impossible to convert points into monetary equivalent or cash)
It is possible to buy points to provide payments with them. (To buy points a customer should link to the POINT category)
Non-members cannot buy nor receive points. (So if you want to get points, please join our membership).
How to use “points”
When a customer places a new order, a fill-in-box for payment with points will appear at the STEP 4.
※ Only if accumulated amount of points is higher than an order cost amount it would be possible to provide the payment with points.

Time event is an offer for our customers, which is held randomly; during that period some arranged goods are offered by special discount.
How to use
Notification banners and pop-up ads appear at the left side on the home page of our web side. Those notifications indicate starting of new random time events.
Click on such a notification to move to an event page.
Select the product in the list to purchase by offered discounted price. After you add it to the cart, you can get it with the time special discount price.
As amount of event products usually limited, please keep an eye on the quantity before ordering. If the order exceeds the limited amount, discount price will not be applied (original prices will be applied only)
Place an order first by creating an order sheet.
Discounts are not applied if you just add discounted items to your cart
If you want to edit your product list in your order, please click [Configure] button at your order sheet page (same procedure as general order).
Time events also limited by a certain time period, if you place an order after the due date you will be charged with the original prices.
Once you made an order sheet, you cannot make any changes. (same procedure as general order)
Once you cancel the order contained products, to which a time event discount was applied, you cannot apply for the discount again.
Coupon events are arranged by the Brand companies themselves. During the events a certain range of products of certain brand can be discounted for limited period of time.
How to use
-To apply a discount to the event product, a customer should to issue the coupon for that certain product. If a product is in coupon event list, there is [Issue a coupon] sign below product image or in its description below the quantity field [Add cart] button.
-It is enough to issue a coupon of certain brand only once because all of the coupon event products are uniformly assigned to one coupon.
-Add the chosen product to the cart and proceed order placing.
-At the stage of payment, check the field [Using coupon] and if there will be available coupons, similar to [Available coupons: ** EA]. click [Coupon Lookup] button; And check on the right coupon.
Coupons are disposable and cannot be applied again. (In this case please reissue a coupon)
If you already use a coupon when you order, it cannot be restored although you cancel the order. Please note.
Coupon discounts applied only on products assigned to it.
Expired coupons are invalid.
11.Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn’t meet your expectations. We want you to be sure that we do our best to make the return as painless as possible. Needless to say, we cannot accept back products, which are overly used or purchased not from KOREADEPART. To return items to our company, please follow these simple steps:
The side that will be responsible for shipping cost and handling fees for return products vary depending on the situation.
①Please contact us through our Q&A page or by e-mail with a “Request for Return Form” before returning anything. After negotiation of the return procedure details, such as refund, charges, and shipping cost responsible side; we will give you instructions how to send back returning products back to us. “Waiting for new supply” or “Out of stock” → Refund
The refunds for “Waiting for new supply” or “Out of stock” items will be provided as points. Refund by Points is our primary refund method. All the payment amounts will be refunded and returned to you automatically by the system or by our staff as Points. Equal amount of points will be added to your KOREADEPART account.

①Refunds for pre-paid shipping cost:
If the actual Shipping Cost is lower than provided pre-paid Shipping Cost, the difference is refunded automatically by the system back to the customer. The amount will be added to customer’s PayPal account (if the payment was made via PayPal transfer), or it would be refunded to Credit/Debit Card’s balance of the customer (if payment was made directly without PayPal account)
Our customers are not charged for any payments or refund transactions with commission fees by PayPal. All expenses related to PayPal services are handled by Koreadepart only (except additional PayPal services such as currency conversion, etc.)
We want to have trustworthy and friendly relations with our customers. To do so we established a Refund policy that would be proper for both sides:
-Refunds for customers who provided payments via [PayPal Transfer] payment method could be provided instantly.
-PayPal payment could be refunded as partially [Partial refund] as fully [Payment Cancellation]
-Partial refunds for “Out of stock” items could be provide instantly after a request from a customer (Note: After monetary refund, the points which were added to your account as a refund will be deducted again)
Direct Credit card:
-Direct Credit card payment could be refunded as partially [Partial refund] as fully [Payment Cancellation]
-The refunded amount could be refunded to your credit card account instantly if the refund was provided in 1-2 days after the payment. If a refund was made later the refund amount will be deducted from customer’s credit card bill the following month. The pending period for refund return back to the credit card depends on the amount of the refund, the credit card company, and some other factors. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on the credit card statement. (Note: refund pending period could vary depending on circumstances)
Refund procedure and feature can be changed depending on each case, as we want our policy to be more flexible in favor of our customer.
Payments with no evidence of ID and unclaimed payment would not be refunded
There are no monetary refunds for payments provided by Points. The points would be returned to you.
Almost in all cases a customer can choose between monetary and by points refunds, placing a request at Q&A page or sending an email.
We live a right not to provide monetary refund if by points refund was made, as it is a Primary refund method.
Article 6 (Suspension or Termination of Account and Membership)
[User] may terminate this Agreement and other [Company]’s agreements by closing his/her [koreadepart.com] Account at any time. Upon closure of a [koreadepart.com] Account, any pending transactions will be cancelled. If an investigation is pending at the time [User] closes his/her [koreadepart.com] Account, [Company] may hold [User]’s funds as described herein. nds in dispute, we will release those funds to you.
[Company] may terminate this Agreement and close [User]’s [koreadepart.com] Account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice to [User]. [koreadepart.com] may also suspend the Services and access to [User]’s Account (including the Points in [User]’s [koreadepart.com] Account) if the [User] (a) has violated the terms of this Agreement, any other agreement with [Company], or [Company]’s policies, (b) pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk to [Company], or (c) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
[Company] will not be liable to [User] for compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with [User]’s use of the Services, or in connection with any termination or suspension of the Services. Any termination of this Agreement does not relieve [User] of any obligations to pay any Fees or costs accrued prior to the termination and any other amounts owed by [User] to [Company] as provided in this Agreement.
Article 7 (As for Link)
In case of any reference or link to [koreadepart.com], [Service], or [Company] at any other web site, or in case if a third party links to other site, except [Company] owned web sites, [Company] will not take any responsibility or liability for those references. In such cases, [Company] also will take no liability or credits for contents, advertisement, goods, service and etc., which would be included to these sites or can be used in the relevant references. [Company] will not take any responsibility for the damage, losses or affects occurred by such contents, advertisement, goods, service and etc.
Article 8 (Copyright)
1. [User] is not allowed to copy, sell or publish any information and contents, which is presented at [koreadepart.com], beyond the extent of personal use in any way without the approval of the right-holder, nor use it as the other purpose.
2. [User] is not allowed letting a third party to use any information, which is provided through [koreadepart.com], in any way without the approval of the right-holder nor disclose it.
3. In case of any issue occurs due to violation of this clause, [User] shall settle this matter in its own liability and responsibility, and shall not give any harm or damage to [Company].
Article 9 (Liability for Indemnity)
2. In case if [User] causes damage, loss or violates a third party by using [service], the [User] shall settle this matter in his/her own liability and expense, and shall not give any harm or damage to [Company]. In case if [User] causes any damage, loss or violates [Company] due to unacceptable behavior that is settled in the present agreement, or any illegal action, [Company] can claim the [User] held responsible.

The law of Republic of Korea will be applied to the conclusion, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of these regulations.
Article 12 (Competent Court)
In case of any dispute occurs relevant to the presented agreement, the district court, under which jurisdiction is the head office address of [Company], shall conduct the 1st trial of that lawsuit.
